I don't have very many dealing with Air Canada so I can't really comment on how well or badly the airline is dealing with customers in the current environment, but I can say that I love a couple of innovative offers that the airline put to its elite members in an announcement it released yesterday.

The latest airline schedule changes that were put through over the weekend include news that Korean Air looks like it has cancelled its route between Seoul and Houston, Air Canada appearing to reverse a decision to fly between Toronto and Tokyo Narita and United Airlines improving the aircraft it operates on one of its routes to Europe.
Air Canada is launching a new route to London using its "Rouge" subsidiary and, in doing so, will be taking on fellow Canadian carrier WestJet and is possibly meant to offer another low cost option for UK travelers looking to head to the West Coast of North America.
There are some great looking fares for travel from Seattle to China over the next 3 months. On the Shanghai route it looks like Hainan and Delta are battling it out for supremacy with American getting involved too. On the Beijing route its a battle between Air China/Air Canada and Hainan.
