Why I’m Not Wow-ed By Wow Air

I've been saying for a while that I'd like to try out at least one of the low-cost airlines that have broken the mould and have been flying across the Atlantic for the past couple of years. To that end I've been taking a look at both Norwegian and WOW air to see what all the excitement is about and to see if and how I should try one or both of the airlines out. Norwegian looks genuinely interesting. I like that the airline is taking the battle to the legacy airlines and I like its shiny new Dreamliners.....but I just can't get excited about WOW air.
