Book Americas to/from Europe Business Class from 45,000 miles + surcharges (one-way)
Flying Blue has released its Promo Awards for March 2025 which cover travel through 31 August 2025 and as usual, you can now book select Air France and KLM awards with a 25% discount. This month we're seeing a few more Business Class awards than usual and with the Americas and Dubai making an appearance, this could be a set of Promo Awards that will appear to a good number of TFM readers.
Beware of ITA’s Valentine’s sale. The discount offer is deceptive.
Across various regions, ITA Airways is currently promoting various versions of its Valentine's day sale in which the airline appears to be offering between 20% and 25% off Economy and/or Business Class fares that are booked in the next few days.
The terms and conditions vary (slightly) from region to region as does the discount on offer, but the one thing that all the sales appear to have in common is that the savings are not even close to being as good as you may be expecting.
Deal: Buy Iberia gift cards with up to 10% off
Iberia is currently running a Valentine's Day promotion in which it's selling its gift cards with between 5% to 10% off face value (the greater the value of the gift card, the greater the discount). The sale will run for a few more days and may be useful if you're planning to book flights with Iberia or one of its two subsidiaries ... but make sure you pay close attention to the terms and conditions.

For the second year running Marriott Bonvoy is running a promotion in which it's offering bonus elite night credits and bonus points for every night consumed and as this year's promotion went live today, now would be a good time to make sure that you've registered.

The Hyatt Place London Paddington was originally scheduled to open earlier this year and as I was really looking forward to seeing what the new property would offer, I was a little disappointed when I discovered (back in April) that the property wouldn't be opening its doors until 2025.

First look: Iberia A321XLR Business Class cabin review

Finnair is adding more flights to four US cities in 2025 (Business Class awards easy to find)
Finnair has confirmed that it plans to add more flights to a number of its international destinations in 2025 and four of those destinations are cities in the United States. Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, and Seattle will all be getting more flights from Helsinki than were originally scheduled as the airline looks to feed more passengers into the American Airlines domestic network.
Update on Hyatt reservations at the Tommie Hollywood
A couple of days ago we wrote about the news that Hyatt will be losing one, possibly two, of its properties in Los Angeles and as I just happen to have reservations at both of the properties in question, I can now offer an update on what Hyatt's official line appears to be and on how it's dealing with cash bookings at one of the affected properties.
United Airlines opens up reservations on 8 new transatlantic routes
Around two weeks ago, United Airlines announced a series of new routes for the northern hemisphere summer season next year. At the time of the announcement, the flights had yet to be loaded into the booking system and we didn't have all the details surrounding the flight timings and aircraft that United plans to use on these routes. Now, for eight of the new routes, bookings are open, and the schedules have been published.
