It’s obviously “amenity kit season” at the moment because following on from Emirates a couple of weeks ago and British Airways earlier this week, Air France now says that it too is refreshing its long-haul amenity kits across all three of its premium cabins this summer.
La Première gets a new Sisley-designed gift box, Business Class moves to a twice-yearly rotating Clarins kit, and Premium Economy gets an updated recycled-material pouch.
The details
In La Première, the new gift box is designed as a genuine leather accessory with a swivel opening, in the cabin’s signature red and pearl grey, and stamped with the airline’s winged seahorse emblem.

This kit sees Air France continues its partnership with Sisley which, apparently, also now runs a treatment area in the La Première lounge at Paris CDG.
Inside the kit are four Sisley products:
- A restorative hand cream
- An eye contour balm
- A Hydra-Global hydration serum
- An All Day, All Year anti-age day cream.
The case also holds a branded pen, a wooden comb, earplugs, and a night mask.
From August 2026, Business Class gets a new kit that will alternate twice a year, a light grey version for summer and a navy blue version for winter.

The design is made from over 90% recycled material and carries the same winged seahorse emblem as found on everything to do with Air France.

Clarins supplies two miniature products for the Business kit:
- A Beauty Flash Balm
- A Moisturizing and Quenching Matte Gel
Both made, we’re told, with 96% naturally derived ingredients.
The kit also holds ear plugs, a eye mask made from recycled materials, a bamboo toothbrush, French-made organic toothpaste, and a pair of socks made from recycled materials.
From this month, the Premium Economy cabin also gets an updated kit. This is an “elegant pouch [which] features felt detailing” made entirely from recycled materials.

Just like in Business Class, these kits will be in rotating colors (twice yearly) but you may not realise there’s a difference until you see the bags side by side.

This kit contains the same basics as the Business Class kit less the Clarins products, so you get earplugs, a bamboo toothbrush, organic toothpaste, recycled socks, and an eye mask.
Quick thoughts
The La Première box is the only one of the three kits that’s actually trying to be a luxury item in its own right, and that makes sense given that Air France like to keep that cabin as exclusive as possible and, presumably, wants it to compete with whatever the likes of Emirates, Singapore Airlines, and Etihad are offering.
In Business Class and Premium Economy, there’s a lot of eco flag waving (to be expected nowadays) – we have recycled materials everywhere, naturally derived ingredients, and organic toothpaste – and to a degree, this is on-brand one for a carrier that seems to talk about sustainability more than most.
The slight surprise here is that there isn’t really too much to distinguish the Business Class kit and the Premium Economy kit. Once you strip out the two Clarins products, Business Class and Premium Economy passengers are, effectively, getting the same kit (I guess you could argue that the Business Class bag is nicer).
Bottom line
Air France is refreshing its amenity kits across all three long-haul cabins this summer, with a new Sisley box in La Première starting this month, a rotating Clarins kit in Business Class from August, and an updated Premium Economy kit from this month as well.
