Hyatt has brought back a series of targeted deals that we last saw published at the beginning of 2023. There seem to be slightly fewer targeted deals in this iteration of the promotion (18 deals in 2024 v 23 deals in 2023) and it looks like the target audience may be narrower in 2024 than it was in 2023, but some of the offers still look good so it will be worth checking to see if Hyatt lists you among the chosen few.
General terms & conditions
As you would expect, each of the deals that Hyatt has released comes with its own set of terms and conditions, but some conditions appear to apply to all:
- Must be a World of Hyatt member to participate.
- The promotions are targeted and so not open to all World of Hyatt members.
- For the purpose of the promotions, an “Eligible Night” is defined as any night where a member is paying an Eligible Rate or redeems a free night award.
- Only the room occupied by the member targeted for a promotion will count toward the promotion targets.
Check your targeted promotion for detailed terms and conditions.
The promotions & links
Hyatt has launched a wide variety of targeted promotions (members can’t be targeted for more than one) and while a lot of people have been receiving emails telling them that they have been targeted, the absence of an email doesn’t appear to mean that a member doesn’t have a promotion waiting for them (although in my case that’s exactly what it means!)
With that in mind, below is a list of the promotions that we know that Hyatt is running together with links to their registration pages, so even if you haven’t heard anything from Hyatt, you can use these links to check to see if you have been targeted.
Note: At the time of writing, not all of Hyatt’s targeted promotions may have come to light so this page will be updated if more links are found.

Promotions that haven’t come back
In case you were wondering, these are the five targeted promotions that we saw back in 2023 that don’t appear to have been brought back:
- Earn double tier qualifying night credits toward tier status for every qualifying night, up to 10 bonus nights.
- Earn 20% Bonus Points back when redeeming points. You can earn up to 30K Bonus Points back.
- Earn up to 40,000 Bonus Points for qualifying nights.
- Earn up to 90,000 Bonus Points for qualifying nights.
- Earn a Club Access Award every two qualifying nights, up to two Club Access Awards.
Sadly, some of these represented the best deals back in 2023 (I’d love a double tier promotion) so it’s a shame that Hyatt hasn’t brought them back … although that’s probably just another indicator showing the strength of bookings right now.
Quick thoughts
Some of these deals are clearly better than others, although each person’s personal situation will dictate just how valuable their targeted promotion is (assuming that they have even been targeted).
Personally, I wasn’t targeted for any of these promotions this time around (I was targeted for 3,000 points for every 2 nights consumed with a maximum of 15,000 points in 2023) but hopefully TFM readers will fare better.
Anecdotally, it looks like the population that has been targeted for these deals isn’t a large one – there isn’t a tread about this on Flyertalk (at the time of writing) and I only know of three people who have struck gold when checking the links – so you’ll be in good company if Hyatt has overlooked you.
Bottom line
Hyatt has launched at least 18 targeted promotions through which World of Hyatt members can earn bonus points, bonus suite upgrades, and free night certificates valid at properties in categories 1 through 4.
Most people who have been targeted should have received an email from Hyatt informing them of their deal but as was the case the last time some of these deals appeared, the absence of an email doesn’t mean that a targeted offer is not available so it may be worth your while checking all the links just in case.
What, if anything, were you targeted for?
