For now, we have two sales to work with, so here's a look at what they're offering.
Instead of offering a single sale which covers all of its properties, Hyatt is currently running two separate sales which, together, cover the Americas, Europe and Africa and will probably, at some point release a third sale covering the Asia Pacific region and the Middle East.
For now, we have two sales to work with, so here’s a look at what they’re offering.
Hyatt Europe and Africa
The sale
World of Hyatt members can save up to 25% and enjoy complimentary breakfast on qualifying stays at participating hotels booked now through 31 July 2026, for stays made by 31 October 2026.
Note: Non-members can save up to 20%, but as you can join the World of Hyatt for free, no one should be exempt from the better savings.

- World of Hyatt members may book between 18 May and 31 July 2026. Non-members may book between 1 June and 31 July 2026.
- Discount percent, if listed, applies to room rate only, and represents a discount off the Standard Rate.
- Discount does not apply to, unless specifically noted, service charges, mandatory resort fees, applicable taxes and other incidental expenses.
- Offer not valid with groups, conventions, other promotional offers, tour packages or special rate programs.
- Additional charges may apply for additional guests or room type upgrades.
- Offer not valid in conjunction with previously booked or held stays and may not be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts, except as expressly stated.

Quick thoughts
If you’re not booking through the sale page, you’ll need to used the code “SAVENOW” to trigger the Europe & Africa sale. There doesn’t appear to be a code for the Americas sale so, presumably, the discounted rates will show for all searches that include eligible properties and eligible dates.
Overall, I’m not hugely impressed with either sale even though the headline discounts sound tempting.
I already have a few bookings at Hyatt properties in Europe that were made weeks or months ago and which fall within the sale period, and the prices I’m seeing for those same bookings today aren’t materially different from what I’ve already locked in.
Admittedly the inclusion of breakfast in the Europe/Africa sale will be useful for anyone who doesn’t hold Hyatt Globalist status as that can be a real money saver, but I don’t think anyone should be expecting to find many amazing room rates on offer (although there will probably be a few good deals out there if you look hard enough).
Also, keep in mind these two things:
Firstly, the discount being offered in these sales is based on the “standard rate” and as this isn’t the cheapest rate that Hyatt properties usually offer, it means that you may not really be saving the full 25%.
Secondly, the sale rate isn’t flexible and will require full prepayment at the time of booking, so this won’t be suitable for anyone whose plans aren’t fixed.
Lastly, anyone who has access to the Hyatt Leverage program (a benefit of the World of Hyatt Business Credit Card) should make sure that they check the discount that the program is offering them before jumping on any other promotional rate.
Not only may the Hyatt Leverage rate be better, it will also almost certainly offer more flexible booking terms.
Bottom line
Hyatt is currently running two separate sales to cover the Americas, Europe and Africa with a headline savings rate of 25%.
Based on what I’ve seen so far, however, it doesn’t look like these sales will be offering anything particularly spectacular or amazing, but if you already have one or more bookings in place (and they’re flexible), it may be worth checking to see if these sales make those bookings any cheaper and if it makes sense to cancel the existing reservation and to rebook under the lower rate.
