The first promotion is offering between 20% and 30% off stays taken by the end of the year (US only), while the second promotion is offering 2,000 or 5,000 points depending on the number of nights you stay by the end of the year.
Choice Privileges Rewards is back with a new promotion in which it is offering members a 25% discount when buying points by 6 November 2020. The wording in the terms and conditions suggests that this promotion may be targeted so other Choice Privileges members may see slightly different offers.

Right now, United Airlines isn't running a mileage sale but that doesn't mean that you can't buy miles at a big discount to what the airline is currently charging. In fact, it's currently possible to generate up to 72,000 United Miles at a cost of just 1.86 cents each and, possibly more importantly, you can generate as few as 4,000 miles at the same cost/mile.
While only three of the major airlines are offering mileage sales worth considering this Black Friday, the hotel chains appear to be making more of an effort. With the exception of Hilton, all the major hotel loyalty programs are running points sales right now and most are well worth a closer look.
