This is just a post to help out anyone trying to find out if their Ryanair flight is likely to have been cancelled – there is no commentary attached.

Following all the recent issues surrounding staff shortages Ryanair has now cancelled 34 of its routes for the Winter 2017/18 season – here is the list as it stands right now.

Between 29 October 2017 and 24 March 2018 the following Ryanair routes will not be operating:

  • Bucharest – Palermo 3 weekly
  • Chania – Athens 18 weekly
  • Chania – Paphos 3 weekly
  • Chania – Thessaloniki 7 weekly
  • Cologne – Berlin Schoenefeld 26 weekly
  • Edinburgh – Szczecin 2 weekly
  • Glasgow – Gran Canaria/Las Palmas 1 weekly
  • Hamburg – Edinburgh 2 weekly
  • Hamburg – Katowice 3 weekly
  • Hamburg – Oslo Sandefjord 2 weekly
  • Hamburg – Thessaloniki 2 weekly
  • Hamburg – Venice Treviso 3 weekly
  • London Gatwick – Belfast International 35 weekly
  • London Gatwick – Edinburgh 26 weekly
  • London Gatwick – Glasgow 18 weekly
  • Newcastle – Faro 2 weekly
  • Newcastle – Gdansk 2 weekly
  • Sofia – Castellon 2 weekly
  • Sofia – Memmingen 2 weekly
  • Sofia – Pisa 2 weekly
  • Sofia – Stockholm Skavsta 2 weekly
  • Sofia – Venice Treviso 2 weekly

That is an incredible number of flights cancelled and, if you were planning to travel on one or more of those routes during the indicated period, I’d get in contact with Ryanair asap and start making alternate arrangements.
