Alaska Airlines has launched its Cyber Monday deals in which it says "hundreds of destinations [are] on sale" and some of the example fares that the airline has provided look very attractive, now all we have to is hope that they're widely available.

Alaska Airlines has launched its Cyber Monday deals in which it says “hundreds of destinations [are] on sale” and some of the example fares that the airline has provided look very attractive, now all we have to is hope that they’re widely available.

Key terms

A little unhelpfully, Alaska Airlines has published specific rules and restrictions for each of the routes it serves, but I think we’ve distilled down the key terms that seem to apply to most of the routes the airline operates.

  • Purchase by 11:59 pm (PT) on December 4, 2025 and at least 21 days in advance.
  • Travel is valid Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays from January 6, 2026 through March 18, 2026 (this doesn’t apply to Hawaii routes or Mexico routes which have their own terms and which vary by destination)
  • Blackout dates are January 15, 2026 through January 20, 2026, and February 12, 2026 through February 17, 2026.
  • Bag fees may apply for checked baggage.

Full terms (and the terms for each route) can be found on the promotion page.

Example fares (per Alaska Airlines)

One-way fares starting from:

  • Los Angeles – Kona – $99 or 7,500 points + $6
  • Los Angeles – Los Cabos – $109 or 7,500 points + $53
  • San Diego – Maui – $99 or 7,500 points + $6
  • San Diego – New York (JFK) – $109 or 10,000 points + $6
  • San Diego – Washington D.C. (IAD) – $129 or 10,000 points + $6
  • San Francisco – Kona – $99 or 7,500 points + $6
  • Seattle – Chicago – $109 or 7,500 points + $6
  • Seattle – Las Vegas – $69 or 6,500 points + $6

Bottom line

This may be one of the most opaque sales I’ve seen Alaska Airlines launch because the terms of the sale can vary from route to route, so without reading the terms for the specific route you’d like to book, you won’t know for sure what days of the week you can travel if you want to lock in a deal.

Nevertheless, some of the example fares look good, so if you’re considering a trip to a destination Alaska Airlines serves and if you can be flexible with the dates you can travel, now would be a good time to check what deals are on offer.
