There appear to be three new targeted offers doing the rounds right now which are offering savings at MGM and Caesars establishments across the United States. American Express is currently targeting card holders for savings at select MGM Resorts and both American Express and Citi are targeting card holders for savings at select Caesars Rewards properties.

Offer 1 – Save $80 at select MGM Resorts with Amex

Headline details

Earn a one-time $80 statement credit after using your enrolled eligible Card to spend a minimum of $400 in one or more purchases on room rate and room charges, when you pay for your stay at participating MGM Resorts properties from 7/11/2025 to 9/25/2025.

Offer 3 – Save $25 at Caesars Resorts with Citi

Headline details

Earn $25 on a purchase of $250 or more for your stay at Caesars Rewards Destination. May be redeemed 1 time by the offer end date.

• Limit one enrolled Card and one statement credit per Card Member.
• Offer valid at Caesars Rewards Destinations in the US.

Quick thoughts

The offers are all self-explanatory so I’m not about to dissect them bit by bit, but I will highlight a few of the more important things that you should keep in mind.

Firstly, you’ll see that the Amex MGM offer doesn’t cover some of the higher-end MGM properties in Las Vegas and that’s because a separate offer covering ARIA, Bellagio, and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas was published at the beginning of the month ans is still active.

Secondly, because the MGM offer is only applicable to bookings made ‘through MGM Resorts online at mgmresorts.com, by phone, or via mobile app’, it’s unlikely that a Bonvoy member who triggers this offer by booking an MGM property which is part of the ‘MGM Collection with Marriott Bonvoy’, will earn elite night credits or Bonvoy points from their booking.

Thirdly, make sure you note that while the spending requirement for both Amex offers can be hit via multiple transactions, the spending requirement for the Citi offer must be made in a single transaction.

Given the cost of MGM and Caesars Rewards stays nowadays I doubt that this will be important to the overwhelming majority of people who use these offers, but I figured that it was worth pointing out just in case.

Fourthly, because you should be able to split your hotel bill across two credit cards when you’re checking out, anyone spending $450 or more at a participating Caesars property by 28 August 2025, should be able to stack both Caesars offers.

Overall, these aren’t exactly the most exciting of offers but they’ll save you some cash if you happen to be staying at a participating property during one or more of the promotion periods (note the different end dates for each of these deals).

The Amex offers appear to have been targeted to all of our Membership Rewards cards (consumer and business) and the Citi offer is appearing on all of our Citi Mastercards, so it looks like the targeted population for these deals is quite big … and that’s good news as that should mean that just about everyone who reads this article and holds a relevant credit card should be able to see these offers in their online accounts.

Bottom line

Between Amex and Citi we now have three more (widely) targeted offers for stays at select MGM and Caesars Rewards properties in the US. None of the offers is good enough to warrant booking a trip that you weren’t already planning, but they should come in useful for anyone heading to a participating property in the coming weeks and months.
