If you’re not interested in booking a stay in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Belgium or the Netherlands, don’t worry. IHG hasn’t forgotten about you. There will be further IHG sales covering considerably more countries starting from 24 September.
The sale

Key terms
- Autumn Book Early and Save offer (the “Offer”) is valid only for selected bookings made between 17 September 2025 until 23 September 2025 (the “Booking Dates”) for selected stays at participating IHG® branded hotels in UK and Ireland, Germany, Belgium and The Netherlands from 20 September 2025 – 30 June 2026 (the “Stay Dates”) using the “Book Early and Save Rate.”
- The Offer provides a public rate discount at participating hotels of 15% off the hotel’s Best Flexible Rate (which is an unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discount rate) using the Book Early and Save Rate.
- IHG One Rewards members save an additional 10% off the public Book Early and Save Rate.
- Bookings must be made at least three days in advance of arrival and are non-refundable with full payment for the entire stay to be taken by the hotel prior to the day of arrival.
- No refunds for bookings that are cancelled or changed. If you do not arrive at your hotel to check-in on your arrival date, your booking will be cancelled, and you will not receive a refund.
- Offer is valid at participating InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, Regent Hotels and Resorts, Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants, Crowne Plaza, Garner Hotels, Vignette Collection, Hotel Indigo, voco, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Candlewood Suites, and Staybridge Suites located across Europe.
- Six Senses Hotels, Resorts & Spas and Iberostar Beachfront Resorts are not included in this Offer.
- In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases, private dining and other hotel incurred charges are excluded from the discount.
- The Offer is not applicable to group bookings.

Quick thoughts
There are four key things to recognize here:
Firstly, the discounts on offer are based on the best flexible rate which is often not the cheapest rate that IHG publishes, and that means that the savings of up to 25% will not always apply.
Secondly, even though the sale prices are based on a discounted version of the best flexible rate, bookings at all the properties included in this sale are not flexible at all. In fact, a deposit equalling the full cost of the stay will be required at the time of booking, so this isn’t a sale suited to anyone whose plans are not firmed up.
Thirdly, when searching for a good deal, make sure you’re viewing properties advertising the “flash sale” rate.
Some properties appear to have blackout dates for this sale, so if you don’t see the flash sale sign above a quoted price, you may not be getting a deal.
Finally, keep in mind that IHG is only discounting the cost over which it has control, so in areas where a city/country adds a tax, that won’t be discounted (although if it’s a tax based on the percentage cost of the room, it will be lower that it would otherwise have been).
Bottom line
For the next few days, IHG is running a sale in which its offering up to 25% off the best flexible rate at properties in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands.
Don’t forget that even though the sale is based upon a flexible rate, bookings made in this sale are not flexible at all, so don’t make any reservations until you’re sure that you’ll be able to complete the stay.
