Hilton for Business launched at the beginning of 2024 and since then we’ve seen the program offer a variety of promotions to encourage engagement (there was a good double elite nights promo last year). Right now, there’s another engagement promotion in progress and this one is offering Hilton for Business members a relatively straightforward path to 15,000 bonus points.

Hilton for Business

This is how Hilton describes the program:

Hilton for Business is a self-service program created for small and medium businesses to seamlessly book corporate travel with a discounted rate, earn Hilton Honors Points, and gain access to exclusive tools.

• Business travelers enjoy a simple and efficient way to book their stays at participating Hilton hotels worldwide while earning the powerful Honors Points and benefits that Hilton provides.

• Your business earns bonus Hilton Honors Points with each stay booked with the Hilton for Business rate and completed by your employees participating in the program.

• Account owners and administrators can view business travel booked through Hilton for Business, manage members, and more.

Effectively, it’s Hilton’s version of the Hyatt Leverage program (just not as good).

Who can join?

This is a program aimed at small and medium businesses around the world, so you’ll need to have a business email address to participate.

Hilton will send a verification code to this email address before you can fully register, and the terms and conditions are clear in saying that free email addresses (e.g. Gmail or Yahoo will not be accepted).

All applicants to the program must be members of the Hilton Honors program and once a business is registered, the business owner can invite employees to join and set up account administrators.

Employees must be able to provide an email address attached to the business’ domain, but this email address does not have to be the same as the address attached to their Hilton Honors accounts.

It’s worth noting that Hilton seems to take note of who’s attempting to register for its business program as registrations isn’t always automatic.

This is the message we saw when registering:

It’s unclear what ‘additional details’ Hilton will be checking to verify the account, but that should act as a warning to anyone thinking of signing up using false credentials.

Link to the registration page.

The benefits

  • Access to an exclusive discounted rate at any participating Hilton hotel worldwide. Not only can this rate offer savings over other rates that Hilton offers, but it can also be more flexible. This rate is offered on the booking page so members can compare the value it offers to the other available rates.
  • A business that enrolls in Hilton for Business program will receive 7,500 bonus Hilton Honors bonus points after any enrolled employee (or business owner) completes their first stay on an eligible rate
  • For every 10 nights that enrolled members book using an eligible rate, the business will receive 5,000 Hilton Honors bonus points.
  • Employees and business owners continue to earn Hilton Honors points and elite status credits in their personal accounts as usual.

Be aware that any points earned with through the Hilton for Business program are deposited in the business’ account and from there, must be transferred to an individual member for redemption. The business cannot redeem the points.

The current bonus points promotion

This is just about as simple as hotel promotions get and there’s very little that anyone needs to do:

Register here and then earn 5,000 bonus points on each completed stay made through 27 August 2025 (max 15,000 points)

Key terms of the promotion

  • Offer valid for completed stays that occur through August 27, 2025 at any hotel or resort within the Hilton portfolio.
  • Enrollment in the Hilton for Business program must occur prior to stay checkout for the stay to be eligible for double night credit.
  •  Hilton for Business members must first register at HiltonHonors.com/StayPromo prior to completing a stay within the promotion period.
  • Hilton For Business owners and employees can earn up to fifteen thousand (15,000) Hilton Honors Points by completing a maximum of 3 stays at a Hilton for Business rate during the promotional period.
  • Hilton For Business members linked to multiple company profiles will be awarded based solely on their booking behavior. They will not be eligible to earn rewards beyond the 3-stay maximum, even if the stays are linked to different company profiles.
  • Please allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks from completion of your stay for Points to appear in your Hilton Honors account.

Link to the full terms and conditions (which you should read carefully).

Quick thoughts

There are three key things to keep in mind here.

Firstly, unlike some other Hilton for Business promotions we’ve seen, this promotion requires a registered member to book using a Hilton for Business rate. Other rates and reward night bookings will not qualify for the bonus points.

Secondly, we value Hilton Honors points at 0.4 cents each (based on the value that we know we can get out of them without too much hard work) so, for us, the 5,000 bonus points per stay are an effective rebate of $20/stay.

Keep that valuation in mind when comparing the cost of the Hilton for Business rate and the other rates the property is offering.

Thirdly, and on a more positive note, don’t forget that these bonus points come on top of whatever points you would normally earn for a Hilton booking (base + elite bonus points) and on top of whatever points you earn by using a Hilton co-branded credit card, so as long as the Hilton for Business rate that you book doesn’t cost more than whatever rate you would have otherwise booked, whatever points you earn here are a genuine bonus (the best type of points).

Bottom line

This is your reminder that the Hilton for Business program is currently offering all members of the program the opportunity to earn 5,000 bonus points per stay on up to three stays completed by 27 August 2025.

Registration is required (here), but other than that there are no hoops to jump through so this could be an easy way to add a few more points to your Hilton Honors account.
