UPDATE 10 June 2019 – The improved offer discussed in the post below is now live! (click to learn more)

Priority Pass is just bringing to an end its Mother’s Day sale in which it’s offering between 10% and 25% discount on Priority Pass memberships but, based on the information I’ve just seen, no one should be buying Priority Pass memberships before next week.

Earlier today I wrote about how Amex Priority Pass memberships will no longer offer a credit at airport eateries that are part of the Priority Pass network so some people may be considering changing credit cards or taking out a paid Priority Pass membership to keep that benefit alive.

Well, if changing credit cards is what you think you should do then go right on ahead but whatever you do do not buy a Priority Pass membership before 3 June.

Here’s why:

Priority Pass has confirmed that it will be launching a new sale on Monday (in honor of Father’s Day on 16 June) in which it will be offering up to 30% off the standard cost of membership.

I’ll write a full post on the promotion when it goes live but, for now, all you really need to know is that Standard Membership will be discounted by 30%, Standard Plus Membership will be discounted by 25% and Prestige Membership will be discounted by 20%….and those are likely to be among the best discounts we see on Priority Pass membership this year.

More on this next week.
