At some point in the past few weeks, Air France has pushed through a schedule update which sees it suspending it route to Denver for the winter 2025/26 season leaving Colorado’s main airport short of any non-stop options to Paris for a significant part of the year.
Air France Denver Route
As things stand, Air France offers four flights per week between its base at Paris Charles de Gaulle and Denver reducing to three flights per week from 4 August and, originally, this service was scheduled to continue into the winter season.
Now, however, it looks like Air France has decided that the demand it was seeing for the winter season wasn’t strong enough to keep the route going so, from 13 October, the route is being suspended for a little over 6 months.
With Air France being the only airline which connects France to Denver, this schedule change means that anyone wishing to use Denver airport to visit Paris will have to put up with a connection.
Air France is currently scheduled to restart Paris – Denver route on 27 April 2026 (the start of the northern hemisphere summer season) and after offering a 3x/week service for the first week, will offer a 5x/week service from 8 May 2026 on the following schedule:
AF058 CDG 13:25 – 15:25 DEN (Tue & Thu – Sun)
AF059 DEN 17:40 – 11:05+1 day CDG (Tue & Thu – Sun)
The route will be operated by an Air France Airbus A350-900 aircraft which features the following cabin layouts:
- Business Class – 34 seats
- Premium Economy – 24 seats
- Economy Class – 266 seats
The Business Class seats on this aircraft are the Safran Optima seats which look like this:

And the Premium Economy seats are the airline’s Recaro PL3530 seats which look like this:

These are the seats that were fitted when Air France took delivery of its first A350 back in 2029 and shouldn’t be confused with, in my opinion, the superior customised Stelia Opera seats which Air France introduced in 2023.
Bottom line
In a recent update, Air France has pushed through a schedule change which sees the airline suspend its Paris CDG – Denver route for winter 2025/26 and bringing back the route at the end of April 2026 for the summer season.
Right now, we believe that Air France plans to only operate this route during the northern hemisphere summers so unless something changes, don’t expect this route to reappear in winter 2026/27.
