I don’t often publish posts on a weekend but Briggs and Riley has launched a flash sale that I think some readers may want to know about. There are discounts of up to 50% available on various items in the carry-on and checked-luggage departments so there are some very good deals on offer, but with the sale only running through Sunday, you only have a couple of days to grab any bargains that you find.
Before I go any further (and in case you haven’t read any of my Briggs and Riley posts in the past) I have to confess that I’m a huge Briggs and Riley fan. We have seven pieces of Briggs & Riley luggage in our household ranging from checked luggage to hand baggage and backpacks, and every piece that we’ve bought has been excellent.
More importantly, earlier this year I had reason to test out the amazing lifetime guarantee that Briggs and Riley offers and I can confirm that it really is as good as it sounds. I loved the luggage before I had to use the guarantee and now there isn’t another luggage brand that I’d buy.
There are a number of bags of the checked luggage variety that are discounted by 50% (including one from the Baseline rage) and there are a few medium-sized bags too:
At the time of writing there don’t appear to be any of the Baseline cabin bags on sale but the hugely popular Pilot Carry-on is discounted by 50%…
…and there are 50% discounts on carry-on bags in the Sympatico, Rhapsody, and Torq ranges too:
Be aware that as far as the cabin bags go, one or two of them may be listed at the same price on Amazon right now (e.g. the Sympatico Hardside Carry-on Spinner) so if you’re sitting on any Amazon gift cards that you bought at a discount or if you have any offers that allow to save with one of your credit cards (20%, 30%, etc…), Amazon may be your best option.
Overall, however, most of the best deals still appear to be on the Briggs and Riley website.
There are a good number of great Briggs & Riley deals available on the luggage maker’s own website (for the next two days) and a few on Amazon.com too. Even if you’re not traveling right now, this may be a good time to pick up a new carry-on or checked bag for when you’re ready to head back to the skies because, as a general rule, we don’t see discounts better than these on Briggs and Riley luggage.
