Virgin Atlantic will be taking delivery of its first Airbus A350-1000 aircraft over the summer and the aircraft will come with the airline’s all-new Upper Class Cabin. We’ve known for a while that the Virgin Atlantic A350-1000 would debut on the London – New York route, but there hadn’t been any sign of the aircraft appearing in the schedules…until today.
Virgin Atlantic A350-1000 First Route
Virgin Atlantic has now scheduled its first A350-100 aircraft to operate between London Heathrow and New York JFK from 10 September 2019.
Between 10 and 24 September, the A350 will operate flights VS153/VS138 on the following schedule:
VS153 LHR 13:30 – 16:25 JFK (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun)
VS138 JFK 19:00 – 07:20 LHR (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun)
The schedule changes from 25 September as the aircraft settles into what looks its regular flights:
VS137 LHR 11:50 – 14:50 JFK (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun)
VS138 JFK 19:00 – 07:20 LHR (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun)
