These offers don’t appear to be restricted to UK Executive Account holders so US flyers with Avios balances can take advantage of this too.

As we always say, different people will value their Avios balances in different ways so the value to be had out of these deals will differ from person to person. If you’re not sure how to decide if one of these is a good deal for you then these two posts may help:

Valuing Airline Miles & Points (and why you need to)
Using Airline Miles & Points – The Basics

If we were looking to escape the European winter the flights that would tempt us the most would be 25,000 round trip to Phoenix to visit any of the Scottsdale resorts or, to a lesser extent (because it’s only 25% off) the 37.500 round trip to Los Angeles from where we could visit Marriott’s Newport Coast Villas on the Pacific or we could drive to any of the beautiful Palm Desert/Palm Springs resorts. Either way we’d be getting some sunshine!

Whatever you decide to do just be sure to do your calculations first to make sure you’re getting the deal you think you are and, once again, don’t forget to account for BA’s ever-more-annoying surcharges!

Note to UK users: Avios.com also appears to be offering the same deals as British Airways – click here for more details.
