Marriott has announced a 3-day Homes & Villas sale in which it’s offering a 10% saving on select bookings for stays deep into 2023. The savings apply to award bookings as well as cash bookings, so fewer Bonvoy points are currently needed to book a wide variety of homes and villas worldwide.
Marriott’s wording
The way one of the key phrases of this sale has been worded is a little odd. Marriott keeps using the phrase “save an extra 10%” without actually letting us know what other discounts other than the “extra 10%” are available so as I can’t seem to find any other discounts on the Homes & Villas website, I’m left to assume that the use of the word “extra” is an error.
The sale (as I see it)
- Book a stay of at least 2 nights by 23:59 EDT on 16 November 2022
- Stay by 23 September 2023
- Save 10% on points and cash bookings
Key terms
- A “stay” is defined as two (2) or more consecutive nights spent at the same property.
- Registration is not required for this promotion.
- Save 10% per eligible paid stay at a participating home rental booked between November 14, 2022 (12:01 AM EDT) – November 16, 2022 (11:59 PM EDT) through the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website.
- Stays of two (2) or more consecutive nights must be completed during the promotion earning period, beginning November 14, 2022, and completed with a check-out on or before September 23, 2023.
- The 10% discount is available on both cash and Marriott Bonvoy point redemption bookings.
- Blackout dates apply, and are as follows:
- November 24-28, 2022
- December 18 – January 2, 2023
- January 22-25, 2023
- April 2-15, 2023
- For participating homes, the 10% Off Flash Sale discount will be automatically applied to the nightly rate during the checkout process. Taxes, fees, and any incidental expenses will not be discounted.
- Changes to method of payment and any date modifications cannot be processed after the booking is completed. A full cancellation is required. Please review the cancellation policy of your selected home closely prior to booking.
- Marriott Bonvoy members earn five (5) base Points for each U.S. dollar, or the currency equivalent, on all Qualifying Charges incurred and paid for by the Member through the HVMI Platform.

Marriott Homes & Villas is running a 3-day sale in which it’s offering a 10% discount on select cash bookings and select points bookings for stays consumed by 23 September 2023.
