Aer Lingus has some truly fantastic non-stop Business Class fares on offer for travel between Dublin and a wide variety of US cities but unfortunately the travel window is quite small. Still, if you’re looking to fly from Europe to the US in November/December this year these deals may be of interest.

Aer Lingus Business Class

The travel window may be disappointingly short but there are reasons to like these fares beyond the good price.

Firstly these are non-stop flights so if you have to position to Dublin to make the most of these at least you’re not faced with more stopovers during your onward journey.

Secondly there’s Aer Lingus Business Class to consider.

All of these fares are for travel on Aer Lingus A330 aircraft and most Business Class seats on these aircraft offer direct aisle access (i.e. you not have to climb over your neighbor if you want to get to the aisle or put up with someone clambering over you if you’re in the aisle seat).

Here’s an Aer Lingus video showing you what you can expect.

Some seats are definitely preferable to others so choose carefully.

Here’s the A330-300 Business Class seat map:

The best seats in this cabin are the “throne” seats in rows 3 and 5 on the right side of the aircraft and, if traveling as a couple, I would suggest forgoing any views you may hope to see by choosing the two centre seats – they’re more spacious (or at least they feel more spacious).

Here’s the A330-200 Business Class seat map:

The same advice applies here as it does for the A330-300 above – the best seats are the throne seats in rows 3 and 5 on the right side of the aircraft while the better seats for couples are the centre seats as opposed to the pairs of seats in rows 2, 4 and 6.

Bottom Line

Yes the travel window is very short but can you really argue with a sub-$1,500 Business Class fare between Europe and New York which gets you a non-stop flight and a lie-flat bed? 🙂
