Quick Thoughts
I’m not sure how long this promotion has been running for (it may have been up and running since 15 September) so some of the better fares may be harder to find…but there are definitely some good deals still out there.
It’s not particularly surprising to see that some of the best fares available are for departures out of the Nordic countries (they get all the best Business Class deals!) but some of the deals out of the UK are pretty impressive (considering the high-taxes payable for departures out of the UK) and the sub €440 deals out of France look tempting too.
Don’t forget that the prices shown above are the total payable for two people traveling together so don’t make the mistake of thinking that what you’re seeing are prices per person (that would be a terrible deal!).
Bottom Line
Lufthansa is currently running a Business Class companion fare promotion that appears to be valid for departures out of most European countries (just not the counties that Lufthansa considers “home”). You have until 26 October to book and until 31 March to travel and as long as you check the prices that other airlines are offering (there may be another airline offering an even better deal), you won’t go too far wrong.
